True Dialogue
The EBC Dialogue Approach has added a new distinction between IN-formation and OUT-formation.
The traditional interpretation of the word Dialogue sees two people engaged in conversation or discussion with the aim of reaching agreement or consensus. Perhaps a politician is holding a dialogue with a leader of another country in order to settle a trade dispute.

The Dialogue Loop
Dialogue is a Greek word. ‘Dia’ means ‘through’ and ‘logos’ means ‘word’. Therefore, a direct translation of Dialogue is ‘through words’. This definition broadens the meaning of the word to encompass not just talking, but also listening and understanding. To take IN-formation is as important as to send OUT-formation today. And to be able to take care of response lies in the true sense of the word "responsibility".
OUT-formation based on IN-formation is today more important than ever before, when you wish to achieve Efficient Business Communication.
