Mikhail Vlassiev have been working with computer progam development for EBC since 1994. He has a team of programmers in St Petersburg. 1994-1997 he took part of EBC’s successful introduction of the computerized sales support system ActionMed to the Nordic pharmaceutical industry. Since then he has been in charge of the development of EBC’s Internet-based Dialogue program DialogueManager.com.
"Immediately after graduating from college in 1997, I started working in a web agency, which merged with EBC the following year. 
Quickly I became a certified application developer for Lotus Notes/Domino. In EBC I have made considerable progress in ASP and in handling relation data bases; in 1999 I developed my first practical Internet application. I do like the EBC approach to Internet and to the Web as such: users’ benefit always comes in the first place. I´m responsible for EBC´s Internet-based Publishing program DialoguePublisher.com."
