The Doctors´ Dialogue was started by EBC in Sweden in 1984 and in Norway in 1996. It is a continuous dialogue for Doctors in the Nordic countries and by far our most outstanding example in Relationship Marketing, if you count the number of years it has been active. The Doctors`Dialogue was originally a postal dialogue, but is now Internet based. In 2004 the Doctor´s Dialogue opened also a Forum for ordinary Helath consumers to get direct answers from medical doctors and other health specialists.
